Returns & Exchanges

At Rise & Fall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
